A formal is a few hundred students who all want a photo with their friends in the first half hour. Our attendant manages the queue, the open booth handles big groups, and unlimited sessions mean nobody is turned away.
We supply public liability documentation, Working With Children Check details for our attendant on request, and a tax invoice for the school or parent committee. Booths are set up before students arrive and packed down after they leave.
The strip carries the school name, event and year, and the digital gallery goes to the organiser rather than to individual students, so the school controls how photos are shared.

Does your attendant have a Working With Children Check?
Yes, our attendants hold a current Victorian Working With Children Check and we provide the details to the school before the event.
How do you handle a queue of 300 students?
Unlimited sessions, an attendant managing the line, and an open booth that fits up to eight in a shot. For very large formals we recommend two booths so the queue never builds up.
Who receives the photos after the formal?
The organising teacher or committee receives the full digital gallery. Instant sharing on the night can be turned on or off depending on the school’s policy.
Can the strip include our school crest?
Yes. Send us the crest and the event name and we design the strip and the on-screen branding to match.
What is included in every package?
Unlimited sessions for the whole hire, a props table, an on-site attendant, a red carpet and a custom-designed photo strip. Digital copies are included, and print packages are available on the open, mirror and inflatable booths.
How much space and power do you need?
Roughly 2.5m x 2.5m for the open, mirror and inflatable booths, and about 3m x 3m for the 360 booth, plus a standard power point within reach. We bring everything else.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry full public liability insurance and can send the certificate to your venue before the event.
